Directions to Office

 

Direction                (revised 2/22/06)

There is a lot of construction in downtown Orlando. These directions may not be completely accurate. You may want to call ahead of time to confirm what ramps are closed and what routes are available.

From 1-4 East (Daytona Beach area)

Take I-4 West to the Anderson Street exit #82C. When you exit down the ramp it will dump you into Anderson Street which runs one-way eastbound. Follow Anderson Street East through 4 traffic lights, underneath the East-West overpass and immediately on your right will be Delaney Avenue. Take a right onto Delaney Avenue, follow it down about ½ block and the Office of Hovey Court will be on the left. Take a Left into the offices and our building is the 3rd on the left.

From I-4 West (Tampa and Disney Area)

Take I-4 East to the Anderson Street exit #82C. When you exit down the ramp it will dump you into Anderson Street which runs one-way eastbound. Follow Anderson Street East through 4 traffic lights, underneath the East-West overpass and immediately on your right will be Delaney Avenue. Take a right onto Delaney Avenue, follow it down about ½ block and the Office of Hovey Court will be on the left. Take a Left into the offices and our building is the 3rd on the left.

From The East-West Expressway (The 408) West (Winter Garden area)

Take the East-West Expressway EAST toward downtown Orlando to the Orange Avenue Exit #10B. Follow the exit ramp down to the stop sign straight ahead. That will be Delaney Avenue. Take a right onto Delaney Avenue and the Offices of Hovey Court will be immediately on the left. Take a Left into the offices and our building is the 3rd on the left.

From The East-West Expressway (The 408) East (Waterford and Oviedo area)

Take the East-West Expressway WEST toward downtown Orlando. Follow it to the Rosalind exit. The exit ramp will dump you into South Street which is a one-way street headed West. Follow South Street through two traffic lights to Magnolia Avenue. Take a left onto Magnolia Avenue. The next traffic light will be Anderson Street. Take a left onto Anderson Street (heads one-way to the East). Follow Anderson Street East through 1 traffic light, underneath the East-West overpass and immediately on your right will be Delaney Avenue. Take a right onto Delaney Avenue, follow it down about ½ block and the Offices of Hovey Court will be on the left. Take a Left into the offices and our building is the 3rd on the left.

From Winter Park and North Orlando Area

Ask them how they normally get to downtown. If they do NOT take I-4 or the East-West Expressway, then have them get onto SR 50 (East Colonial), Take a Right onto SR 50. Follow SR 50 down to Orange Avenue. Take a Left onto Orange Avenue. Follow Orange Avenue through downtown Orlando to Anderson Street. Take a left onto Anderson Street (heads one-way to the East). Follow Anderson Street East through 2 traffic lights, underneath the East-West overpass and immediately on your right will be Delaney Avenue. Take a right onto Delaney Avenue, follow it down about ½ block and the Office of Hovey Court will be on the left. Take a Left into the offices and our building is the 3rd on the right.

From South Orlando/Conway Area

Ask them how they normally get to downtown. If they do NOT take I-4 or the East-West Expressway, then have them FOLLOW Orange Avenue North to Gore Street (towards downtown Orlando). Take a RIGHT onto Gore Street. Next traffic light will be Delaney Avenue. Take a LEFT onto Delaney Avenue. Follow Delaney Avenue down about ½ block and on the right will be the Offices of Hovey Court. Take a right into the offices as we are the 3rd building on the right.
