According to WSJ.com, U. S. employers are giving workers more flexibilty. Up to two-thirds of employers are permitting staffers to occasionally work from home. This is up from 50% in 2008. 38% of employers are allowing workers to work from home on a regular basis, up from 23% six years ago. This trend makes it a lot easier for working parents, who have small children or who may need to stay home with a sick child. This trend also plays a big part in child custody situations.
